I assess leaders regarding suitability for a specific leadership responsibility (ability, personality, fit with function and corporate culture). This service includes:

 

  • Analysis of the function to be filled in the context of the organization's objectives.
  • Development of the specific requirements for the ideal leader.
  • Assessment of the leaders available for selection and evaluation of skills, motivation and fit for the function to be filled. 
 
As the client, you will receive a detailed report outlining the strength and challenges of each individual leader, along with an appropriate recommendation. As a participating leader, you will receive personalized feedback together with the report.
