My career spans three domains - academia, business, and elite sport - allowing me to combine scientific thinking, corporate leadership, and high-performance athletic experience. This unique blend makes me a sought-after expert on high-performance cultures, leadership under pressure, and effective team dynamics.
With more than 25 years in major international corporations, I have become a recognized authority in organizational development, leadership development, and executive talent management. Before entering the business world, I built a distinguished legacy in elite sport as a bobsleigh pilot known for team building, mental strenght, and equipment innovation. My achievement include two Olympic gold medals, multiple World Championships, and several overall World Cup titles.

Corporate & Consulting Career (1998-2025)
From 2006-2025, I served as an executive and subject-matter expert in organizational development, leadership development, and executive talent management for large global corporations. My areas of expertise include sustainable leadership, strategic succession managment, performance management, compensation systems and executive talent management - always with the goal of strengthening organizational purpose and competitiveness.
From 1998-2006, I worked as a management consultant specializing in leadership and organizational development for national and international companies across industries such as technology, telecommunications, retail, pharmaceuticals, and financial services. This period sharpened my business acumen and laid the foundation for my later leadership expertise.
Entrepreneurial & Sports Career (1985.1996)
From 1995-1996, I operated a small business producing bobsleigh equipment, providing expertise and materials to international clients. Prior to that, from 1985-1994, I managed a bobsleigh racing team as a small business, achieving multiple Olympic, World, and European Championship titles, as well as overall World Cup titles.
Early Career & Eduction
From 1984-1991, I taught sports and general education at vocational and cantonal schools in Eastern Switzerland. Born on August 2, 1961, in Diepoldsau, Switzerland, I completed my compulsory schooling there and attended secondary and cantonal school in Heerbrugg (Matura C, Science Gymnasium).
