In addition, I have 10 years of experience as a management consultant, supporting national and multinational organizations in organizational development, executive coaching, career development, and career transition, with more than 80 mandates completed.
I also spent 10 years as an entrepreneur and owner of Weder Bobsleigh Racing, competing successfully at the Olympic and World Championship levels.

Academically, I hold a Ph.D. in Political and Social Science from the University of Göttingen (Germany), a Master of Arts in Economics and Performance Psychology from the University of Ottawa (Canada), and a Master of Science in Exercise Science from the ETH Zurich (Switzerland).
